HSGC EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Executive Committee provides planning and coordination for operations of the Society. It is composed of the seven elected officers. It meets as necessary and is chaired by the President. It may act for the Society in all matters and amend the budget during the year provided that 5 of the 7 members concur, otherwise the actions and budget amendments must be put to a vote of the membership.
The Executive Committee prepares the budget for the coming year and submits it to the membership for approval at the first meeting of the year. Any fiscal policy changes for the coming year will also be presented with the budget.
